These are 3 recently-completed houses which kept the existing buildings but renewed them with new amenities and additional spaces for an update on contemporary living.
House C
By lowering the entry driveway and simultaneously raising the main living space level with the higher-split level, a new 5-car garage was created almost level with the main road. Above the garage is an open garden deck directly accessible from the main living space. Above the living space are the new bedrooms which all have balconies overlooking the fairway. The new extension thus becomes a 4-storey 'tower'.
The existing 1-storey split-level house, which is located within a gated golf course community, is perched on a slope overlooking the fairway and its entry driveway and carporch are higher than the main road.
Linking the levels of the 'tower' is a new circular staircase which overlooks a landscaped garden. The main entry of the house, which opens to the same garden, is accessed from the main road via a new staircase entry portico.
